ABS-CBN Foundation Inc. (AFI) launches its newly renovated building on Feb. 1, 2010 in partnership with Globe Asiatique realty Corporation and ABS-CBN Corporation.
AFI managing director Gina Lopez, ABS- CBN chairman Gabby Lopez, ABS-CBN president Charo Santos-Concio, Channel 2 head in Mega Manila Cory Vidanes and Globe Asiatique president Delfin Lee, along with other ABS-CBN executives, will lead the ribbon-cutting to kick of the event. 71 Dreams Foundation managing direc- tor Father Tito Caluag heads the blessing of the building. “The place where you work is of critical importance,” Gina Lopez said. “That is why I’m deeply grateful to Globe Asiatique for facilitating a much better and ideal working place where we can pursue our dreams and hope for the Filipino people.” Globe Asiatique renovated the building estimated to be worth p50 million. The transformation of the building coincides with the new projects that AFI is facing in 2010. Currently, it has six projects under its helm: Bantay Bata 163, E-Media, Bantay Kalikasan, Sagip Kapamilya, BayaniJuan and Kapit Bisig Para sa Ilog Pasig.
