Job Description:

• Conducts training needs analysis (TNA) and validation.
• Develops the company’s training planhelps management in the decision-making process.
• Designs, implements and monitors the implementation of the training and development programs and other related interventions.
• Conducts pre/post-engagement evaluation of external and internal providers.
• Conducts training and development program effectiveness evaluation.
• Conducts employee surveys, focus group discussions and the like and designs appropriate interventions.
• Maintains and updates the company’s training and development database.
• Conducts research/benchmark studies regarding best practices in other organizations in the area of HRD and OD.
• Conducts job profiling.
• Prepares job descriptions.
• Designs employee engagement activities.
• Designs productivity improvement programs.
• Designs culture reinforcement programs.
• Conducts data analysis and prepares related reports.
• Performs all other related duties as may be required from time to time.

Requirements:
•    Preferably with master’s degree; graduating at the top 10-15% of the class;
•    At least 3-5 years relevant work experience;
•    High potential; can grow with the organization;
•    Strong customer service orientation;
•    Strong facilitation/presentation skills;
•    Strong management and leadership skills; self-driven and can work independently;
•    Highly approachable and can deal with people across levels in the organization;
•    Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, in one-on-one and group environments with all levels of staff and management;
•    Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively;
•    Good attention to details, flexible and adaptable;
•    Ability to take initiative and work independently;
•    Ability to formulate creative ideas to improve process and systems efficiency;
•    Ability to exercise independent and sound judgment in making recommendations and decisions within scope of responsibility.
