Watch Undaunted, the musical this June 7, 9 and 11
Undaunted the MusicalWatch Undaunted, the highly-acclaimed musical narrating the story of the Lopez clan, on Knowledge Channel this June 7 and 9 at 8pm and on June 11 at 6:40pm.

The play tells of the Lopez family’s roots, values, and past and present challenges, as well as directions for the future. It was produced last year to celebrate the 80th birthday of Lopez Group chairman emeritus Oscar M. Lopez, who believes that there is much to learn from their family’s very eventful history.

Revisiting Undaunted is being made in time for the anniversaries of Lopez Inc., First Philippine Holdings Corp., and Lopez Holdings Corp. this June, and is a great way for Lopez Group employees to understand better the foundation and strength of the Lopez family, rooted in the distinct Lopez values that have guided its members since the 1800s.

Theatre director-actor Audie Gemora leads the show’s cast, which also includes the Lopez grandchildren and 12 employees from different Lopez Group companies. Undaunted airs June 7 (Tuesday) and June 9 (Thursday) at 8 pm, and June 11 (Saturday) at 6:40 pm on Knowledge Channel (channel 42 on SkyCable).

Undaunted, a musicale on the Lopez Family
UndauntedThe  saga of one of the Philippines’ most successful business families comes to life in “Undaunted,” a musical that chronicles the story of the Lopezes of Jaro, Iloilo as seen through the eyes of Oscar M. Lopez (OML).


OML, his late brother Geny and youngest brother Manolo are the main characters in “Undaunted,” and the opening scene shows them at the funeral of their father, Eugenio Sr., in 1975. Also present are their mother Nitang and younger siblings Manolo and Robby, and Fernando (Nanding) and his wife Mariquit.
