(KCFI) in partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd) recently launched the National Capital Region (NCR) leg of its flagship teacher training program, Learning Effectively through Enhanced Pedagogies (LEEP), an intensive three-day training designed to contribute to the effective translation and use of the K-12 curriculum concepts in classroom instruction.
Eighty-four public school teachers and principals from 15 Metro Manila school divisions participated in the activity at the Quezon City Science Interactive Center. The training also includes the integration of Knowledge Channel (KCh) learning materials in classroom discussions.
After a very positive review of LEEP by the first batch trainees, the second batch of NCR educators will be LEEPtrained within the year. To schedule a LEEP training in your community, call KCFI’s Educational Leadership Unit at 910-3181 to 84. To donate or volunteer, email info@ knowledgechannel.org or log on to kchonline.ph.
