North Port, as the cargo handling operator of the domestic port at Manila North Harbor, has committed to donate its ULAB to Bantay Baterya. Aside from helping save the environment, this partnership will also cut the cost of disposing of ULAB.

Bantay Baterya’s partner in recycling ULAB is Oriental & Motolite Marketing Corporation.     The equivalent monetary value of the recycled batteries will be used to fund the area development projects of Bantay Kalikasan nationwide. (Story/Photos by: Eva Mae Nares)
