FPH and First Gen VP-HR Bunny GerochiClose to 200 employees of the Lopez Group attended the April 2019 Lopez HR Council-Lopez Lifelong Wellness Walk the Talk (WTT).

The WTT activity, a special holistic wellness event entitled “Celebrate Your Life” with neurolinguistic hypnotherapy life coach Kimberly Lu, focused on wellness and relaxation. It was held at Rockwell Business Center in Ortigas on April 13.

Sponsored by First Philippine Holdings Corporation (FPH) and First Gen Corporation, the event started with the invocation and the recitation of the Lopez Credo and Values led by Clowee Licsi of First Gen with FPH’s Ayesha Volpane, the event co-emcee.

FPH and First Gen vice president of HR Bunny Gerochi delivered the welcome remarks. She emphasized that this particular WTT series would touch on the emotional/psychological aspect of wellness that is of paramount importance, like the physical aspect, that makes up one’s holistic well-being. She added that the event is timely as it avoided the hot summer temperature outdoors.

Lu talked about creating a mantra, positivity, feeling and enumerating successes in life, and the value of breathing, relaxation and yoga, among others.
