The Retail collection is developed and finalized, while construction officially starts at TriNoma Mall in October In December, the project is placed under ABS-CBN Themed Experiences Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ABS-CBN

The project is officially named ABS-CBN Studio Experience (Studio XP) in January Studio XP soft-opens and starts welcoming paying guests on July 15
