Until September 30, 2014, members affected by typhoon Glenda may avail of the repackaged calamity loans offered by Mesala. In a memo dated August 1, 2014, the Mesala board announced that qualified borrowers covered by Meralco’s franchise area may borrow a minimum of P50,000, while those living outside the franchise area may avail of loans amounting to P50,000 and below.
