The ABS-CBN ContingentHosts ABS-CBN and First Philec opened the curtains of the year 2015 with a monstrous crowd of around 500 Lopez Group employees, family members, and friends, flocking the January edition of the Lopez Group HR Council-Lopez Lifelong Wellness Walk the Talk (WTT), which was held last January 31, 2015 at the La Mesa Nature Reserve in Quezon City.

Registration started as early as 6 a.m., wherein each participant was provided a foldable water bottle and a banana.

The program started at 7 a.m. with Tina Marasigan of DZMM handling the emceeing chores, and was followed by the Invocation and the Recitation of the Lopez Credo & Values courtesy of First Philec Senior Manager Ed Ibajo.

ABS-CBN First Philec jump-start Lopez Group walk festTj Isla, ABS-CBN’s HR Employee & Labor Relations Head provided the Welcome Remarks to inspire the well-wishers, and to cap the opening festivities was the traditional stretching and exercise portion spearheaded by Ferdie Manabat of Gold’s Gym to energize everyone as they prepared for their six-kilometer walk around the forested area.

As each participant arrived back at the assembly area, they were all treated to a heavy breakfast of fried chicken with Kikiam and Asado.

Big thanks to all who made this initial 2015 wellness undertaking a resounding success.
