Prepare for a whirlwind of palace power plays, forbidden love and heart-stopping drama as ABS-CBN airs the hit Chinese historical-romance series “Unchained Love” weekdays at 10:15 p.m. on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, TV5 and iWantTFC.

“Unchained Love,” which aired on Chinese TV and streaming platforms in 2022, stars Dylan Wang and Chen Yuqi. Dylan is best known for his leading roles in the Chinese adaptation of “Meteor Garden” and the hit series “Ever Night: War of Brilliant Splendours,” while Yuqi is known for her lead role in the Chinese web series “Heavenly Sword and Dragon Slaying Sabre.”

The fate of Bu Yin Lou, a young concubine chosen as a sacrifice for the deceased emperor, takes a dramatic turn when she is rescued by the feared eunuch Xiao Duo. Despite Bu Yin Lou’s status as a dowager concubine, Xiao Duo becomes unexpectedly drawn to her kindness, wit and charm. As their forbidden connection deepens, both are enmeshed in duty and circumstance, with Xiao Duo carrying out a secret mission within the palace and Bu Yin Lou caught in a battle for politics, power and hidden desires.
