Lopez Achievement Awards

The 2017 Lopez Achievement Awards (LAA) has been formally launched with the theme “Scaling Up Through Excellence and Innovation”  during the LAA Winners’ Summit held on January 27, 2017 at the FPH Training Hall, 5/F Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas Ave., Pasig City.

In this age of hyper-competition and hyper-growth, the most agile companies and organizations that make business excellence and innovation their way of life get ahead in the race.

Over the last fourteen years of the program, the LAA has grown year after year.  From twenty nominations during its inception in 2002, it has grown to an average of 29 nominations.  The year 2016 was LAA’s banner year for registering 55 nominations, the highest in the entire history of the LAA, out of which ten (10) emerged as winners.

We now have a total of 112 team and individual winners.   All the winners have shown extraordinary achievements that are excellent and innovative.  They have also contributed to business results and have demonstrated the Lopez Values.

This year, LAA will celebrate its 15th year.   Inspired by the positive developments that are happening within the Group and driven by passion, the LAA Program Management Team will continue to endeavour and give its best to ensure that the program will be able to provide greater value.   The program will continue to help shape and enhance the culture of the Lopez Group as well as  strengthen the Lopez Values of Pioneering Entrepreneurial Spirit, Business Excellence, Unity, Nationalism, Social Justice, Integrity and Employee Welfare and Wellness.  Lastly, it will continue to help provide positive reinforcement to al l achievers in the Group and also provide an avenue for the replication of the best practices across the Group.

Once again, we are calling on all believers of the values of business excellence and innovation to nominate to the 2017 Lopez Achievement Awards the extraordinary achievements from the various teams and individuals from your companies.  Similarly, we are calling on all “heroes” to nominate the “unsung heroes” from the functional groups across the Lopez Group.
