First Philippine HoldingsThe board of directors of First Philippine Holdings Corporation at its meeting on Nov. 5, 2020 approved the declaration of cash dividends for common and Series C Preferred shareholders.

Series C Preferred shareholders of record as of Nov. 20, 2020 will receive P13.75 per share cash dividend payable on or before Dec. 2, 2020, while common shareholders of record as of Nov. 20, 2020 will receive P1 per share cash dividend payable on or before Dec. 15, 2020.
