First Philippine HoldingsCommon stockholders of First Philippine Holdings Corporation (FPH) and First Gen Corporation (FGEN) will receive cash dividends before yearend. FPH will pay out P1.10 per share on or before Dec. 15 to common shareholders of record as of Nov. 19, 2021, while FGEN will pay out P0.40 per common share on or before Dec. 20 to holders as of Nov. 25. FPH and FGEN shares trade ex-dividend (without the dividend) on Nov. 16 and Nov. 22, respectively.
