The board of directors of Rockwell Land Corporation at their regular meeting on Sept. 30, 2022 approved the declaration of cash dividends to common and preferred shareholders.

Cash dividends of P0.0537 per share and P0.0006 per share representing 6% per annum cumulative dividends for the period July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, respectively, will be paid to common and preferred shareholders of record as of Oct. 18, 2022 on or before Nov. 14, 2022.
