First Gen ran the video during the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting on May 17, 2023 as a way of paying tribute to the former chairman emeritus (extreme left on the video screen), who died at the age of 93. OML provided the vision and leadership that turned First Gen into the country’s leading clean energy provider. During the same meeting, First Gen stockholders reelected the company’s 10-person board, led by Federico R. Lopez (5th from left), the current chairman and CEO. Also in photo are (l-r) Atty.
