Standing at three stories, it can house 380 locator-employees. Each room is fully furnished with two bunk beds with mattresses, a toilet and bath, storage cabinets, a workspace, air conditioning and access to Wi-Fi. Bare units without furniture are also available.

Common areas, such as a dining or lounge hall, laundry area and pocket gardens, were specifically designed to be convenient places for conversation between work colleagues and other tenants. And to ensure the occupants’ safety and security at all times, the premises are gated with 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance.

Consuelo Park Residences is also a one-minute walk to Consuelo Park. The recreational park is a great venue for occupants to connect to nature, spend some me-time, start a healthy and active lifestyle, or learn about the different species in the park. They can do their daily strolls or jogs here from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
