LINKED (formerly LINK Security Group) has steadfastly upheld core values such as integrity, operational excellence, innovative practices, employee welfare and wellness, and nationalism since its inception. To reinforce these values, the Work Attitude and Values Enhancement (W.A.V.E.) program was conducted for LINKED head office and field personnel as well as Third Generation Holdings Corporation (TGHC) employees on Jan. 26, Feb. 8 and March 7, 2024 at the TGHC Building in Quezon City.
The program covered topics such as understanding work attitudes and their impact on individual and organizational performance, aligning personal values with organizational goals, developing effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive mindset and resilience in challenging situations, enhancing employee engagement, and strategies for managing emotions and conflict.
The training sessions were conducted through in-person workshops, interactive discussions, group activities, case studies and role-playing exercises to engage participants and facilitate experiential learning. The W.A.V.E. program aims to instill a sense of responsibility, professionalism and teamwork among participants, driving productivity and contributing to the organization’s overall success.
Facilitated by Silverback Training and Events, the W.A.V.E. program plans to introduce coaching and mentoring initiatives, offer continuous learning opportunities and prioritize team-building activities to foster a culture of ongoing growth and excellence.
