At the annual stockholders’ meeting on May 31, 2024, the board of directors of First Gen Corporation approved the declaration of cash dividends on the company’s common shares in the amount of P0.45 per share, with a record date of June 18, 2024 and payment date of July 9, 2024. Earlier, Lopez Holdings Corporation approved on May 30, 2024 the declaration of a cash dividend of P0.10 per share. It will be payable on or before June 28, 2024 to all shareholders of record as of June 14, 2024.
