The LINKED Group team with the external auditors from BRSLinked successfully retained its ISO 9001:2015 certification after a comprehensive external audit for Goldlink Security, Silver Link Security and Southlink Security on May 15, 16 and 20, respectively.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is an internationally recognized standard that sets criteria for a quality management system (QMS). Achieving this certification involves meeting rigorous requirements focused on various aspects, including customer satisfaction, leadership, employee engagement, process approach, continuous improvement, evidence-based decision making and relationship management.

The external audit was conducted by BRS, an independent certification body, ensuring an unbiased evaluation of LINKED’s QMS. The audit confirmed that the company’s processes and practices align with the stringent standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
