The board of directors of Rockwell Land Corporation, at their regular meeting on July 24, 2024, approved the declaration of a cash dividend of P0.1018 per share to all common shareholders.

Also approved was a cash dividend of P0.0006 per share to all preferred shareholders, representing 6% per annum cumulative dividends for the period July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.

The dividends are payable to shareholders of record as of Aug. 16, 2024. They will be paid on or before Sept. 11, 2024.
