The ceremony, hosted by FPIP and the project’s construction firm, First Balfour, marks the installation of FPIP Plaza’s highest structural component and the industrial park developer’s first serious foray into commercial property development.
Rising along the main gateway of the industrial park, FPIP Plaza is a three-story, 15,000-square-meter commercial hub that will offer retail, dining and service establishments to support the daily needs of the park’s growing workforce as well as the neighboring communities in and around Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
In attendance were executives and project team members from FPIP and First Bal four. Representing FPIP and First Balfour was Joval Pan tangco, FPIP’s chief commer cial officer and First Balfour’s president and chief operating officer. FPIP’s representatives were led by senior vice president for construction management group Alexander Roque, commercial properties group head Alberto Cailao, assistant vice president (AVP) for construction management group Jeffrey Panado, AVP for park operations Jason de las Alas, senior business development manager May Abalos, project manager JC Nueno and business development officer Krisha Mendoza.
First Balfour representatives were led by chief executive officer Anthony Fernandez, executive vice president and managing director for construction operations Rey Villar, vice president for building sector Nelson Cartagena and project manager Paolo Sapinoso.
